Use pre-printed mailing labels as an adaptation for learners who have writing or communication difficulties. Print out vocabulary words, math phrases and simple diagrams for students to use during daily work.

Can “baseball cards” improve your collaborative relationships?

I recently stumbled on this article by Leah Fessler. I loved her idea for supporting collaborative teams. I won’t steal her thunder by describing too much here, but as you read, consider how a “baseball card” idea of crafting and sharing all-about-me information could be used by staff members, by students and their peers, and by students and their teachers. There are many possible applications for this simple strategy. Read it, consider implementing it, and pass it on!
